Edoardo Martinelli

Edoardo Martinelli is the Chief Operating Officer at Lamprell since September 2025, previously serving as Project Director and Contractor Representative at Saipem from July 2007 to September 2025. During tenure at Saipem, Edoardo managed major projects valued between USD 1 billion and 3 billion, overseeing tenders, client negotiations, and operations with accountability for HSE, schedule, and P&L across EPCI. Significant projects include the LTA-53 ENHANCE LPG PIPING JU'AYMAH NGL and various roles such as EPC Project Manager and Yard Fabrication Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing procurement, fabrication yard performance, and offshore commissioning. Edoardo also held positions at Q8 Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. as a Pricing & Retail Performance specialist. Edoardo earned a General Management Program degree from Harvard Business School in 2022 and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Sapienza Università di Roma in 2006.
