Stephen Melson

Stephen Melson is an accomplished sales enablement professional with extensive experience in building and implementing training strategies across various sales channels. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement Partner Manager at Lamps Plus, Stephen previously held the role of B2B Sales Enablement Manager, where a sales process certification program was proposed for sales personnel. Prior experience includes being a B2B Sales Trainer and B2B Team Manager at Wayfair Professional, where significant increases in training satisfaction and team productivity were achieved. Stephen has also contributed as a Group Fitness Instructor at EOS Fitness, innovating new classes during the pandemic, and has a strong background in sales management, instructional design, and customer education. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Weber State University and continues professional development through Trailhead by Salesforce.
