Mitsu Yoshino

Mitsu Yoshino currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at LampTokyo Inc. since February 2021, in addition to holding a position as Operations Director. Previously, Mitsu held the role of Senior Manager for APAC Marketing Studio Relations at Netflix, managing a diverse team and overseeing studio account management and marketing campaign projects from February 2018 to June 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Japan Studio Relations at PlayStation from April 2011 to February 2018, handling responsibilities for deal negotiations and account management across several regions in Asia. Mitsu began a career in the gaming industry as a Global Digital Store Analyst Lead and later as a Digital Operation & Sales Planning Coordinator in PlayStation’s Network Department, focusing on digital store management and process optimization. Mitsu holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in International Studies from International Christian University, completed in 2010.
