Larry Krznaric

Larry Krznaric is an executive leader with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Lampton Welding Supply since February 2023. Previously, Larry was the Continuous Improvement Lead at Bekaert and held various roles at Praxair Distribution, Inc., including Louisiana Operations Manager, Associate Director of Operations for the South Region, and Plant Manager. Throughout Larry's career, significant achievements include managing large teams, driving profitability and operational efficiencies, and leading strategic integrations and improvements across multiple regions. Larry holds an M.B.A. in Business Management from Baldwin Wallace University, a Master of Arts in Theatre Arts from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Westminster College (PA).
