Maria Heissel is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, employer branding, and HR strategy. Currently serving as an HR & Recruitment Partner at Lån & Spar Bank since April 2020, Maria has developed and executed onboarding designs and employer branding strategies. Prior experience includes working as a Research Consultant at Laigaard & Partners, where a high recruiting accuracy was achieved, and as an HR & Communication Assistant at HRpeople, where a hybrid function was performed in HR and communication tasks. Maria's educational background includes a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School and a Global Management and Innovation degree from The University of Auckland, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
