Daniela Straulino

Daniela Straulino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Daniela started their career at IBM in 2009, working in roles such as Pricer, Intracompany Focal Point, and Process & Controls. At IBM, they were responsible for pricing analysis, financial statements analysis, and reconciliation of accounts, among other tasks.

In 2016, Daniela joined DICOFRA Security Consulting as a Gerente Financiero and later as Gerente de Planeación Estratégica y Finanzas. In these roles, they focused on managing company resources, implementing cost control programs, and generating value through financial elements. Daniela also coordinated business areas, managed cybersecurity trends and innovation programs, and implemented planning and financial-administrative control tools.

In 2019, Daniela moved to Lana, where they held the positions of Head of Finance and Head of Revenue. Daniela played a key role in creating and developing the finance and administration department, as well as improving the functioning of the funnel in each purchase process. Daniela collaborated with the Marketing and Communication departments to enhance client conversion and participated in defining initiatives for business growth. Additionally, they were fully involved in HR matters, including team building, perks, and legal payroll procedures.

Most recently, in 2022, Daniela joined KiWi as the Head of Finance.

Daniela Straulino's education history includes multiple academic achievements. In 2006 to 2009, they pursued a degree in Finance, specifically in the field of Finance, General, at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, they obtained a Master's Degree in Finance, General from ENAE Business School. In 2017, they attended Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and completed a diploma program entitled "Estrategias para Creación de Valor." Finally, in 2020, Daniela Straulino enrolled in ThePower Business School, where they are currently pursuing a business expert program focusing on Business Administration and Management (Gestión y Administración de Empresas) known as "Programa ThePowerMBA."
