Adam Reeves

Adam Reeves is an experienced safeguarding professional specializing in multi-agency learning and development. Currently serving as a Local Authority School Governor at Lancashire County Council since July 2018, and contributing to Wigan Council in various roles since October 2016, including Safeguarding Workforce Development and Engagement, Safeguarding Trainer, and Project Manager. Adam leads the development of a safeguarding learning framework for approximately 25,000 professionals and volunteers, aimed at enhancing knowledge and practice in children's safeguarding. Previous positions include Workforce Development Officer and Training Support Officer at the Safeguarding Children Board, HR Advisor at Ofsted, and roles in recruitment and administration at various organizations. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Edge Hill University and has completed A levels in Classical Civilisation, Psychology, and Biology.
