Chris Dyson

Chris Dyson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and project management. Currently serving as the Strategic Development Service Manager at Lancashire County Council since February 2004, Chris oversees the Programme and Project Management of the Strategic Development Sites Portfolio within the Economic Growth and Regeneration Service. Prior experience includes the role of Project Manager at Knowsley Council, where major leisure and regeneration projects were delivered, and a Senior Project Manager position at Groundwork Wigan and Chorley, focusing on environmental and community regeneration initiatives. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Countryside Ranger at West Lancashire Borough Council, managing multiple countryside sites and educational programs. Chris holds a BA Honours degree in Archaeology from the University of Leicester and A levels in Environmental Studies, Geography, and History from Wigan College.
