Clare Joynson

Clare Joynson has over 17 years of experience in facilities and accommodation management. Clare started their career in 2004 at West Lancashire Borough Council as a Facilities Manager, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Clare worked at Lancashire County Council, initially as a Facilities Manager for County Buildings, and later as Head of Accommodation Management Service. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of Head of Service Facilities Management, where they currently oversee facilities management for Lancashire County Council.

Clare Joynson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organisation and Management Studies at Edge Hill University from 2000 to 2004. Clare then pursued a Master of Science in Facilities Management at the College of Estate Management, University of Reading from 2010 to 2011.
