Damian Howarth

Damian Howarth is an experienced professional with a robust background in technology and education. Currently serving as Digital Development Manager at Lancashire County Council since November 2014, Damian has held various roles, including Technology Manager and Technology Implementation & Transformation Lead, focusing on technology implementation and telephony platform transitions. Previously, Damian was a Workforce Planning Manager at Lancashire County Council, and before that, taught English at Assumption University of Thailand from October 2011 to September 2014. Damian's career began in the travel industry as a Cruise Consultant and Executive Sales Consultant at Thomas Cook from 2005 to 2011.
