Jeanette Garstang

Jeanette Garstang has extensive experience in solution delivery and governance within the public sector. Currently serving as a Solution Delivery Manager at Lancashire County Council since May 2019, Jeanette previously held the position of Governance and Testing Lead at BT Lancashire Services from June 2013 to May 2019. Prior roles include Senior Functional Analyst at One Connect Limited for a brief period in 2013 and a lengthy tenure as Senior Oracle eBusiness Analyst at Lancashire County Council from June 1990 to March 2013. Education was completed at Fleetwood High School.
