Lee Pimlott holds extensive experience in educational leadership and professional development, currently serving as the Manager of the Lancashire Professional Development Service since September 2012, overseeing 25 Teaching and Learning Consultants. In conjunction with this role, Lee has been the Head of the Lancashire Professional Development Service and Primary School Adviser since January 2005, providing comprehensive support to school staff in various leadership and curriculum areas. Previous experience includes serving as Headteacher at two primary schools in Preston, from January 2002 to January 2005 and from September 1997 to December 2001. Lee obtained a B.Ed Honours degree in General Primary Education with specializations in biology and PE from the Liverpool Institute of Higher Education.
