Sarah Scott

Sarah Scott has extensive experience in operational support and customer service management, currently serving as the Highways Operational Support and Liaison Manager at Lancashire County Council since June 2018. Prior to this role, Sarah held various leadership positions at Independent Group (UK) Ltd from February 2014 to June 2018, including Head of Customer Contact Centre and Internal Operations Manager.
