Karen Jackson

Karen Jackson serves as the Head of Administrative Support at Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service, a position held since June 2018, while also having an extensive career within the same organization since July 2002. Throughout this tenure, Karen has advanced through various roles, including Office Manager, Service Support Manager, and Station Admin Assistant. Prior to joining Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service, Karen worked as an Admissions Assistant at Nelson & Colne College from October 1996 to July 2002. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business & Finance from the University of Central Lancashire, a CIPD in Human Resources from Blackburn College, and a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership & Management from Blackburn College.
