Mark Winder

Mark Winder has over 20 years of experience in the fire service industry, beginning their career in Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service in 1998. Mark has held various positions including Crew Manager, Training Manager, Business Development Manager, and Area Manager. Mark has also worked at different fire stations within Lancashire and has been involved in designing and delivering training courses. Currently, Mark serves as an operational Watch Manager at Blackpool Fire Station. Mark holds qualifications from various educational institutions such as Blackburn University College and Washington Hall International Fire & Rescue Training & Development Centre.
