Matthew Fletcher FdA MCMI AIFireE AIFSM has extensive experience in fire management and safety, currently serving as a Watch Manager at Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service since November 2016, with responsibilities in National Operational Guidance, Response, and Emergency Planning. Previous roles include Crew Manager, Acting Watch Manager Lead Trainer, and Firefighter within the same organization.
