Jamie Grant Fia

Jamie Grant FIA has a strong background in the insurance industry. Jamie began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at KPMG UK in September 2007, where they worked until March 2010. Jamie then joined Lloyd's as an Actuary and Actuarial Function Lead in April 2010, staying with the company until February 2015. During this time, they gained experience in actuarial reporting and became the IFRS 17 Lead. In 2015, Jamie joined Lancashire Insurance Group as the Head of Actuarial Reporting and LUK Chief Actuary. Jamie currently holds this position and is responsible for overseeing actuarial reporting and leading the implementation of IFRS 17.

Jamie Grant FIA completed a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Actuarial Mathematics & Statistics from Heriot-Watt University, attending from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued professional education at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, where they earned the designation of FIA.
