Kelly Turner has a strong background in risk management and catastrophe modeling. They started their career as a Catastrophe Modeling Analyst at Cathedral Underwriting Limited in 2007 and later became a Senior Catastrophe Modeling Analyst. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Syndicate Exposure Manager for Syndicate 3010 before becoming a Senior Risk Analyst in 2017. In 2019, Kelly joined Lancashire Insurance Group as a Risk Manager and was later promoted to Chief Risk Officer for Lancashire Syndicates Limited in 2023.
