Louise Wells

Louise Wells has extensive work experience in the insurance and audit industries. Louise started their career in 1996 as an Audit Assistant at KPMG and gradually worked their way up to Assistant Manager by 2002. Louise then joined Lloyd's of London, where they held various roles including Risk Executive and Senior Risk Executive. In 2011, they joined Lancashire Insurance Group as the Head of Internal Audit, later becoming the Chief Risk Officer and ultimately the Group CRO and LICL COO. In 2017, they also became the Chair of The Board of Trustees at The Lancashire Foundation.

Louise Wells completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science from Loughborough University from 1992 to 1995. Following that, they pursued a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) specializing in Physical Education at Homerton College, Cambridge University from 1995 to 1996.
