Hazel Ryan has a robust background in risk management and conservation, with significant leadership experience in both the legal and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Vice Chair of Lancashire Wildlife Trust since July 2015, Hazel contributes to the protection of wildlife and nature. Previous roles include Trustee at SBA The Solicitors' Charity from June 2014 to August 2019, focused on supporting legal professionals in crisis, and Risk & Operations Director at ZebraLC™ from May 2015 to December 2016. Hazel's earlier career includes positions as Risk Director and Quality Director at Eversheds and Partner, Head of Tax and Employee Benefits at DLA Piper. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Hons) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
