Bernard A. Williams

Bernard A. Williams, Esq. serves as the Managing Partner at Company Counsel LLC, specializing in legal advice for small businesses. Additionally, Bernard contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary & Graduate School, and teaches business law as a Business Law Instructor at Community College of Philadelphia's Power Up Your Business program. Bernard's leadership extends to nonprofit organizations as President of the Board of Directors for The Business Center For Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise and as a member of the Board of Directors for Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia.
