Heather Valudes

Heather Valudes, CCE, has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement, currently serving as President & CEO of Lancaster Chamber since July 2011, where previous roles included Vice President, Community Impact Director, and Advocacy Director. Prior to this, Heather worked as Government Affairs Coordinator for the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County and gained experience in financial services at Susquehanna Bank. Early career involvement includes a legislative internship with Senator Mike Brubaker. Education includes a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, along with completion of Leadership Lancaster in 2010.
