Katharine DeSantis is a skilled public policy professional currently serving as the Public Policy Manager and previously as the Public Policy Coordinator for the Lancaster Chamber since January 2023, where responsibilities include advocating for business interests, managing advocacy events, and engaging a large subscriber base through a weekly e-newsletter. In addition, Katharine serves as a Medical Advocate for YWCA Lancaster, supporting victim survivors, and has held various roles such as Staff Assistant at the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism and President of the Student Government Association at Washington College, where Katharine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. Other experiences include administrative roles, teaching, and a legislative internship with the Maryland General Assembly.
