Nathan Schell is an experienced golf course superintendent, currently serving at Lancaster Country Club since March 2017, where Nathan will host the 2024 U.S. Women's Open and has completed a significant restoration of course bunkers, fairways, and tees. Previously, Nathan held senior assistant superintendent and groundskeeper roles at Westchester Country Club, participating in the logistics and agronomics for the 121st U.S. Women's Amateur, and interned at Congressional Country Club, contributing to the renovation of the championship blue course and practice facility. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Turf and Turfgrass Management from Penn State University and is completing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
