Michelle O'Donnell

Michelle O'Donnell is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in college counseling and admissions. Currently serving as the Director of College Counseling at Lancaster Country Day School since January 2017, Michelle has also held positions as Co-Director and Assistant Director of College Counseling. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Mount St. Mary's University from July 2007 to January 2017, advancing through roles from Admissions Counselor to Associate Director of Admissions. Michelle began the career in education as a Student Intern/Substitute Teacher at Frederick County Public Schools in 2006. In terms of academic qualifications, Michelle holds an MBA in Management and a B.A. in English with Secondary Education certification, both earned from Mount St. Mary's University.
