Kongmeng Moua

Kongmeng Moua possesses extensive experience in IT support and systems management, currently serving as an SCCM Engineer at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since January 2019. In this role, Kongmeng has demonstrated proficiency in building collections for deployment, setting up distribution points, and managing software packages and Windows updates. Kongmeng also works as a Technical Support Specialist at RKL CPA, responsible for SCCM administration and remote user support. Prior to these positions, Kongmeng gained valuable experience as a Desktop Support professional at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center from September 2007 to March 2015. Kongmeng holds an Associate's degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from CHI Institute-Philadelphia.
