Margaret F. Costella

Ms. Costella provides day-to-day oversight of legal and regulatory matters, Internal Audit, Corporate Compliance, and Lancaster General Health’s privacy and IT security assurance, corporate compliance, and internal audit programs.

Ms. Costella graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Emergency Health Sciences. She also holds a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She earned a master’s degree in Public Health and Health Policy and is a member of the Delta Omega Public Health Honor Society.
