Matthew Eberts

Matthew Eberts is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in pharmacy and clinical operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Hospital Clinical Operations at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since December 2015, Matthew supports Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Pulmonary services. Previously, as Director of Pharmacy & IV Services, oversight included a pharmacy service line with a budget exceeding $100 million and leadership of a team of 150 individuals. Prior roles include Director of Pharmacy at Allegheny Health Network, Senior Manager of Pharmacy at UPMC, and various pharmacy management positions at West Penn Allegheny Health System, HealthSouth, and Chartwell Pennsylvania, LP. Matthew holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences, an MBA from Robert Morris University, and a PharmD from Duquesne University, along with additional certifications in pharmacy leadership.
