Natalie Rhoads

Natalie Rhoads, MS, OTR/L, is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently practicing at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since March 2023. Previously, Natalie worked at UPMC from November 2021 to March 2023 and completed Level II Fieldwork at Montgomery County Intermediate Unit and WellSpan Health in early 2021. The fieldwork involved supporting children aged 3-6 in early intervention and working with adult patients facing orthopedic injuries, Parkinson's, and stroke. Natalie holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services with a minor in Health Care Ethics from Saint Joseph's University.
