Rebecca Caplan

Rebecca Caplan, MA, NCC, CCTS, currently serves as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as a Mental Health Counselor at Morning Star Counseling, LLC, from March 2021 to August 2022, contributing to a holistic approach to therapy. As the Principal and Founder of Upcast Strategies from May 2017 to August 2022, Rebecca supported nonprofits and social ventures in developing impactful strategies. Additionally, Rebecca was involved with CASA of Lancaster County as a board member from 2015 to August 2022 and held various roles at PwC from 2001 to 2017, including Director of Impact and Evaluation and Executive Director of the PwC Charitable Foundation. Rebecca's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Villanova University.
