Tymn Neece has a solid work history in the healthcare industry, particularly in information technology. Tymn started their career in 2004 as an IT Manager for LIS systems at Lancaster General Health, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the IT Director of Ambulatory and Ancillary Applications at Lancaster General Hospital. In 2017, they joined Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health as the IT Director of Clinical Applications and later took on the role of Associate Chief Information Officer, Epic Solutions and Clinical Applications. In their current position, they are responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of EPIC clinical and ambulatory applications, as well as other clinical system solutions to support patients, clinicians, and operational teams.
Tymn Neece earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania between 1985 and 1989. Following that, in 1990, Neece obtained a Certificate in Medical Technology from the Scranton Medical Technology Consortium. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare at Saint Joseph's University.
