Wendy Nafziger MSL, CBP is an experienced professional in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits, Compliance & HR Operations at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since February 2017. Prior to this role, Wendy Nafziger held various positions at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine from June 2008 to February 2017, including HR Project Lead for the HCM Implementation of Workday and Director of Benefits, HCM, and Employee Health. Earlier in the career, Wendy Nafziger worked as the Director of Benefits at Johnson Controls from January 1995 to April 2006. Wendy Nafziger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/HR Management and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Elizabethtown College, along with an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from York College of Pennsylvania.
