Quillon Hillman

Quillon Hillman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and training, currently serving in two roles: Response to Intervention at Lancaster ISD and Nike Chat Athlete at Liveops, Inc. Since June 2020, Quillon held the position of Manager at AppFolio, Inc., overseeing a team of maintenance representatives. Previously, Quillon was the Manager of Learning and Leadership Development at ADT, where responsibilities included designing training programs and assessing development options. Additional experience includes roles at Neiman Marcus Group, BB&T, and Novo 1/Dialog Direct, focusing on team management, customer service quality, and performance improvement. Quillon holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts from Dallas College.
