Shonda Thompson

Shonda Thompson is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both education and real estate. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. since June 2022, Shonda also holds the position of Associate Principal at Lancaster ISD, a role commenced in July 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Irving Independent School District from August 2016 to July 2022 and as a Teacher in Arlington ISD from August 2014 to June 2016, as well as in Dallas ISD from August 2008 to July 2014. Shonda is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration at Dallas Baptist University, having previously earned a Master’s degree in the same field from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Grambling State University.
