Anne Manning

Anne Manning is an experienced educator and managerial professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Since March 2016, Anne has worked as a substitute teacher and para educator for Lancaster Lebanon IU 13, as well as in the Hempfield School District, focusing on classroom instruction and support for various student needs, including early intervention and emotional support. Prior to transitioning to education, Anne held various managerial roles at Verizon from 2000 to 2015, including Manager/Senior Consultant in Business Operations, where responsibilities included leading regional teams for network migration initiatives, supervising performance improvement projects for fiber installations, and managing quality assurance for broadband technology. Anne holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Delaware County Community College.
