Annette Ruth

Annette Ruth, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee relations. Currently serving as the Staffing & Employee Relations Manager at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13 since September 2014, Annette has previously held senior positions, including Director of Human Resources at Empire Education Group from October 2012 to September 2014, and Manager of Student Services at Berks Technical Institute from September 2006 to October 2012. Annette began their career as a Sales Manager at T-Mobile from 1997 to 2006. Annette holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Alvernia University and a BA in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
