Margaret Kieffer

Margaret Kieffer is an experienced educator and coach currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Substitute Teacher Service, Inc., and as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Zion Lutheran Preschool, both since 2023. In addition, Margaret works as a Teacher for Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 and as the Head Swim Coach at Bent Creek Country Club and Owner/Instructor for Aquatic Programs, which focuses on creating a relaxed environment for swimmers of all levels. With a background that includes roles such as Coach/Director of Staff Development and Head Novice Swim Coach for Lancaster Aquatic Club, as well as extensive experience in early childhood education, Margaret combines a diverse skill set with a strong commitment to fostering growth and learning in both academic and athletic settings. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Widener University.
