Megan Black

Megan Black, MHRM, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13 since May 2017, Megan previously held similar roles at Perform Group, LLC® and The Performance Group. Additional experience includes positions as a Technical/Professional Recruiter and HR Intern, as well as HR Benefits Intern, which contributed to a comprehensive understanding of HR functions. Megan holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Educational foundation includes studies at PennWest California and Delone Catholic High School.
