Nevin Shrom

Nevin Shrom is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in various food service and logistics roles. Currently serving as a Paraeducator at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 since February 2023, Nevin previously worked with Flik Hospitality Group, where responsibilities included catering delivery, bartending, and providing excellent customer service at various events. Experience includes roles as a Barista, Catering personnel, and Preparation Chef, with a strong track record of training colleagues and managing daily operations. Nevin's background also includes logistics and warehouse management positions at Day & Zimmermann, Cliffside Industries, and Sharp Shopper Groceries, where skills in inventory management and customer relations were developed. Nevin holds a High School Diploma from Ephrata High School and has completed coursework at Harrisburg Area Community College.
