Tara Pohlkotte

Tara Pohlkotte is an experienced professional currently serving as Communications and Workforce Facilitator and Youth Program Facilitator at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 since August 2022. Concurrently, Tara holds the positions of High School Theatre Director and Assistant Middle School Theatre Director at CORNWALL-LEBANON SD since September 2020. As the founder of Storycatchers Inc. since April 2015, Tara promotes community through storytelling by hosting monthly events and workshops. Additionally, Tara has worked as a freelance writer and author since June 2012, and held roles such as Lean Coordinator at WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) from September 2013 to June 2022, and Artist in Residence at Renaissance School for the Arts from January 2016 to June 2018, focusing on podcasting and storytelling. Tara's earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Assistant at Kimberly-Clark from August 2004 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Services Counseling: Marriage and Family and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Business, both from Liberty University.
