Operations Team

The Operations Team at Lancaster Management Services is responsible for orchestrating the seamless execution of trade show exhibit installations and dismantles, as well as permanent setups at events, stores, and various environments. The team collaborates to ensure efficiency, optimize resource usage, and enhance the value of trade show appearances across over 30 locations. They drive planning, coordination, and management of both routine and special projects to meet client demands and maintain high service standards.
