Melissa Wadams

Melissa Wadams is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and development, as well as stakeholder and relationship management. Currently serving as a Research and Development Officer at Lancaster University since July 2022, Melissa has also held the role of Research Development Manager at the University of Nottingham since September 2012, overseeing pre and post-award activities in the Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre. Previous positions include Senior Development Manager and Stakeholder and Engagement Manager at the Money Advice Service, where Melissa focused on strategic relationship management and stakeholder communications.
