Rebecca Heron

Rebecca Heron currently serves as the Head of Student and Programme Administration and Principal of Fylde College at Lancaster University since August 2021. With extensive experience in higher education administration, Rebecca previously held the position of Operations Manager at Lancaster University Management School from November 2014 to December 2022, where leadership of core student-facing programme delivery teams was a primary responsibility. Earlier roles include Undergraduate Recruitment and Operations Manager, Student Recruitment Manager, and Acting Head of UK Student Recruitment and Outreach at Lancaster University, along with a marketing position at Temple Heelis Solicitors. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lancaster University and a Professional Diploma in Marketing from CIM, alongside a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Lancaster University.
