Luiz Cruz

Luiz Cruz has a strong background in technology and digital projects. Luiz started their career at UOL - Universo Online as a trainee in systems administration and later became an administrator of systems. Luiz then moved on to work at Grupo Abril, where they held various roles such as Consultant of Systems for INFO and EXAME, Product Owner for Digital Projects, and was responsible for the migration of several websites. Luiz also worked at Abril Plug and Play as a Mentor and at InfoMoney as CTO, where they led the restructuring of the website and supported the operation of various departments. Currently, Luiz Cruz is the CTO at Lance! and previously worked as a Product Manager at XP Inc. Their expertise lies in project management, digital transformations, and platform development.

Luiz Cruz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in IT Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Luiz also has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Itajubá, completed from 2000 to 2005.
