Chang She

Chang She's work experience includes serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Eto Labs (YC W22) since December 2021. Prior to that, from August 2018 to December 2021, they held the position of VP of Engineering at Tubi. From October 2014 to August 2018, Chang was a Software Engineering Manager at Cloudera, where they led the engineering team for Cloudera Navigator. In January 2013, they co-founded and served as the CTO of DataPad until September 2014. In 2012, they co-founded Lambda Foundry. Previously, Chang worked at Barclays Capital as a Vice President from October 2011 to February 2012. Chang began their career at AQR Capital Management, where they served as a Research Associate from August 2006 to April 2011.

Chang Chang attended Northview High School from 1998 to 2001. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2006. Chang also obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science during their time at MIT.
