Michael Aiken

Michael Aiken has extensive experience in food service management, currently serving as General Manager and Executive Chef at Lancer Hospitality Group since April 2013, overseeing operations for multiple cafes, food carts, and satellite locations while managing over $1M in catered events annually. Previously, Michael held similar roles at Famous Dave's Restaurant, where responsibilities included team development and cost management, and at Hales Alehouse, focusing on kitchen staff training and compliance with health regulations. Michael began a career in the industry as AGM and Executive Chef at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, where operational efficiencies were enhanced through effective team management and financial oversight. Michael holds an Associate's Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the Art Institute, earned between March 1992 and May 1994.
