Matt Whitener

Matt Whitener, MBA, is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of Lancer Worldwide since October 2021, Matt has held various senior roles at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from June 2002 to October 2021, including Vice President and General Manager for several divisions. Prior to Emerson, Matt gained experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at DuPont, a Senior Environmental Engineering Consultant at URS Greiner/Woodward Clyde Corp, and an Environmental Engineering Consultant at The Environmental Company, Inc. Matt holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Wake Forest University and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from North Carolina State University.
