Abhiyank Verma

Abhiyank Verma started their career as a RF Network Engineer at Huawei Technologies in June 2012, where they worked until January 2017. Abhiyank then transitioned to LanceSoft, Inc., starting as a US Technical Recruiter in November 2017 and eventually progressing to Senior Team Lead for US Recruitment and Delivery Operations in November 2023. In their roles at LanceSoft, Inc., they managed team members for Fortune 500 clients, handled end-to-end delivery, and interacted with client managers and directors to generate new business leads. Abhiyank was responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, as well as negotiating and resolving vendor and client issues.

Abhiyank Verma completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Central India Institute of Technology, Dewas-Indore, Arandia, Indore from 2008 to 2012. Abhiyank also obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Special Education for Visual Impairment from Mahesh Drishti Heen Kalyan Sangh from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they completed their High School education in Mathematics at Lisieux Anand Higher Secondary School Panna M.P. from 1998 to 2008 and earned a High School Diploma at Maharaja Agrasen Public School in Indore, India from 1995 to 1997.
