Arun Bharadwaj Rapolu has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and scientific industry. Arun Bharadwaj started their career at MSN Labs Ltd Hyderabad as a Formulation Scientist working on developing extended-release tablets. Later, they moved to Radiant Systems Inc as a Senior Scientific Recruiter, where they managed key client relationships with Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer. Currently, Arun is working at LanceSoft, Inc. in various roles such as Lead Recruiter, Head of Scientific Recruitment, Delivery Manager, and currently as Director Delivery Services for Pharma & Scientific Accounts. Their responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment delivery, account management, and developing recruitment strategies to meet client needs for a wide range of pharmaceutical and clinical clients.

Arun Bharadwaj Rapolu completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) at Vaagdevi College of Pharmacy, Kakatiya University from 2007 to 2011. Arun Bharadwaj then pursued a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a focus on Pharmaceutics at Sri Venkateswara College of Pharmacy, Osmania University from 2011 to 2013. In 2020, Arun obtained a certification in Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from LinkedIn.
