Vikas Jain's work experience includes serving as a Delivery Lead in the Healthcare Domain at Lancesoft India Pvt Ltd since 2017. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they sourced and recruited professional and IT contract employees to support companies such as Caterpillar and General Motors. Before that, they were a Sales Associate at Vocal Heart Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from 2009 to 2013.

Vikas Jain completed their higher secondary education in PCM at CEC from 1996 to 2006. Vikas went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General at Barkatullah University.
